Action 3: Please wait for our confirmation email.

* You will receive our confirmation email regarding availability of item/s, cost of postage and total cost within  24 hours after submitting orders.
* You will also receive your "Payment ID no"


Action 4: Transfer of Payment

* Through Bank Transfer only (ATM/Internet Transfer) to DBS SavingPlus acc:054-002-6450
* Please inform us once payment is made (Include your Payment ID No,Transaction Reference, Time &Date, to let us identify U.
* You can inform us by reply the same email or sms to HP:98309914
* Please make payment within 2 days otherwise item/s will be released out to the next potential customer
* Please email us if you do need more time to make payment. (Up to 5 days)

Action 5: Delivery

* Items will be mailed out within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment
* Once Mailed, we will send you sms and email for delivery status.
* Meet-up or self pick up will be arranged based on individual request.

Things to Take Note:

* NO refunds will be made if you cancel your order after payment has been made.

* If you would like to make changes for your order, please do so within the next 24 hours after we have send
   you the order acknowledgement details. We will try our best to accommodate.
