Exchange & Return Policy

Dear Shoppers,

*How can I get refund?
  Your order is not in stock after you have made payment. Once payment has been made and order
  confirmation has been sent out, Sorry that No refund shall happen.

*How can I exchange stock?
  You can only do exchange if we have accidentally shipped the wrong size/colour or
  there are defect areas on the stock that we have missed. We will do 1-to-1 exchange.
  No shipping charge occurred. Please inform us via email first before sending back the stock.
  We will inform the arrangement.
  Other than above, no exchange shall be entertained.

*What if my baby is allergic to wool materials? Can I get refund?
  NO refund is accepted for this.
  We shall take no responsibility if your baby is allergic to wool materials.
  We shall take that once order is accepted, shoppers has put this point into consideration.

*What if the size can not fit? Can I exchange or refund?
  No refund or exchange shall be entertained. Please refer to Policy 1 and 2 above.
